As we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the United States, this conference invites you to step inside that era, not to judge it, but to imagine it. By exploring the tensions that leaders likely faced during the founding era, we honor the anniversary not as a historical milestone, but as a reminder that leadership has always required courage, restraint, imagination, and responsibility. The questions they confronted then are not so different from the ones leaders face today.
