Who, What, Where, When (W4), the award-winning magazine of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, is a staple of the Chamber and the Bucks County community. The publication features a wealth of information about business, community events and organizations and important Chamber programs.

The magazine is distributed to all of the 2,600 members of the Chamber – going directly to the top executive of the business. Additionally, 2,000 are circulated throughout Bucks County at business offices, including doctors, attorneys, financial institutions, etc., receiving tremendous pass-along readership.

W4 is read and retained by businesses, community leaders and organizations throughout Bucks County. It is the only publication of its kind, targeted directly for those market segments. Those individuals receiving W4, are company decision makers. The magazine can be found in almost every professional office and retail location, as well as dozens of hotels, motels, restaurants and tourist destinations.

The Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the largest business organization in Bucks County, is dedicated to elevating business and community.
